Q: Are your services covered by insurance?
A: In some instances, long term care insurance policies will cover our services, but they are not covered by Medicaid or Medicare. Visiting Valet is a private pay company. This means we bill you directly and receive payments from you.
Q: How do you protect me and my home?
A: Visiting Valet takes all the worry out of hiring a residential assistant or companion.
All of our employees are insured and bonded. We also perform an extensive criminal background check. Above all, we treat all our clients as family.
Q: When are you available?
A: Our staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: Is there a minimum number of hours of care that I must to commit to?
A: Visiting Valet has no minimums.
Q: How will I know if your services are the right option for my needs?
A: A quick call to our office will usually determine if we are a viable option for you.
We want to be sure that you get what you need as soon as you need it. That is why
all of our assessments take place in your residence by a licensed Registered Nurse.
Following the assessment process, we will develop a unique program designed specifically for your needs whether it be a residential assistant or client companion or both.
If your needs are outside our scope we will gladly assist you in locating alternative resources.
